Well, good news because Control and the FieldComm Group are staging a webinar at 2 p.m. CDT on April 24 that will combine three of the most knowledgeable sources available in using FieldComm protocols to bridge gaps between installed process devices and the increasingly digitalized Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Because most process applications and facilities are huge patchworks of legacy devices, it can be hard to reach let alone access, transfer, and use their data to achieve better decisions. Nonetheless, this is exactly what this webinar will show listeners how to do.
The panel will demonstrate how Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd. (MRPL) used its "do things better" culture and advanced implementations of HART, Wireless HART and Foundation Fieldbus protocols to integrate operating units at its 15-million-tonnes-per-year oil and gas refinery in Karnatka state on the west coast of India, and go on the win the FieldComm Group's 2018 Plant of Year Award. They'll also show how Moore Industries International's HART-to-Ethernet gateway and Endress+Hauser's Nelition ecosystem can make it even simpler to move useful information from operations to IIoT and the enterprise. If you want your data to make the same trip more easily, please register now!
